Stefan de Roon and Rachel Kramer were teenage popstars through working together in the group K-otic. They were the lead vocalists on hits such as: ‘I Can’t Explain’, ‘I Surrender’, ‘I Really Do not Think So’ and ‘Falling’. Now almost 17 years after K-otic broke up they are reuniting and are becoming a musical duo once again. Their new group ‘Nash’ was born during a party where they sang songs together on stage. The reaction of the audience was so overwhelming that it was immediately clear, they had to sing together again.
‘Nash’ is of course an abbreviation of Nashville, where Rachel recorded a part of her debut album ‘Home’ with Rob Crosby at the beginning of this year. Now that Rachel has completely found her place in the country, working with Stefan has become very logical. Stefan and Rachel share the love of country and know each other through and through: “When we were back on stage together, it was actually as if no time had passed, we are so interwoven. We can not wait to get back into it and sing together. ”
‘Nash’ can be booked with tape, live-band or acoustic. Expect a mixture of pop, country and Americana. From Carrie Underwood, Bryan Adams, Dolly Parton and of course their hits from K-otic. Together Rachel and Stefan can move an audience but they are also ready to party!
